Electronic Notification Testing Underway - Please Read
Over the next few days, we will be sending test notifications to ensure everyone is able to receive the messages we send. Some of the test messages request a reply - we ask that you reply since we are getting sporadic results even across a given wireless carrier. If anyone completed a form and are not receiving test notifications, please email us a olmcnotify@olmc-roseto.org. Thank you for your patience and assistance!
School Choice - Contact Your Representatives!
Recently you received information regarding Pennsylvania’s version of School Choice legislation. Since you received the information, the PA Senate passed the bill and now it is in the PA House of Representatives. You are encouraged to contact your local Representative and request he/she support and vote to pass this bill. This piece of legislation is important and meaningful to parents who have children in private schools because if this bill becomes law, parents who qualify would be eligible for vouchers. Vouchers (a form of financial aid) would be applicable toward private school tuition fees.
Incidentally, since both Houses of the Pennsylvania Congress are not in session, you may have an easy time easily contacting your local Representative.
First Bash a Great Success!!!
The Parent Forum would like to thank everyone who volunteered, donated, and attended the inaugural Back to School Bash Friday night! We exceeded our attendance goals and everyone had a great time. We have some great outakes from the night that can be viewed in our Phtoto Gallery section.
The next Parent Forum event will be a movie night, which we will start planning at our next Parent Forum meeting on December 13th. A full meeting minutes of our last meeting and discussion topics for our next meeting will be posted under the Parent Forum page early next week.

Get The Scoop! The Newspaper Club is Now On-Line!
As part of our website improvement project, we would like to provide information on as many school and school-related events as possible. In order to better accomplish this, we will be utilizing approporiate school resources, both faculty and student.
We felt it would be natural that OLMC's Newspaper Club would be first to begin creating and submitting content. Some of the pictures from Halloween Night were provided courtesy of Newspaper Club.
As a lead-in to tonight's first Back to School Bash, the Newspaper Club dispatched a budding reporter to interview Mr. Kevin Dillon, President of OLMC's Parent Forum. You can read the interview here, and find out more about Newspaper Club here.
